Who
A product design graduate from Brighton turned graphic designer, my name is Will Donoghue AKA Albi Design. I graduated in 2003 from Brighton and since then have been honing my design skills behind a Apple computer screen, working with a variety of businesses from clothing labels to universities, helping my clients present themselves in a professional and stylish way.
What
Let me explain, I work for a range of clients, some local and some not, I have a range of design skills and resources ranging from designing websites to creating logos and brand indentities. I work on a freelance basis but often collaborate with other professionals such as copywriters, web developers, fashion designers, artists and so on. Variety is certainly the spice of my life.
Where
Based in Cambridge I work in the heart of the city, by working freelance I have the flexibility to work along side my clients at their place of work, as part of a team on short term contracts or in my own studio. By being able to work flexibly it allows me to diversify and keep design interesting, as long as I have a plug socket for my laptop then I’m good to go.
Why
I love working with people and I love what I do. Design has always been a way of life for me so it makes sense that it has ended up being my career. My aim is to be a great designer and my lifetime is the time I have to achieve this, every design project and experience I have takes me one step further to this final goal.
