To stay in contact with my clients and to ensure maximum communication I run a project management system. This tool allows us to share files, meet deadlines, assign tasks, centralise feedback, keep all information in one place and much more. As soon as we begin working together your project will be set up on my system giving you updates and access to an overview allowing you to track the projects progress.
Freshbooks Account Management
Keeping projects under control is important but so is giving you access to all your invoices and expenses at the touch of a button, this is why I have set up an accounts system that links to the project management system. All invoices can be sent by email and accessed at any time by the client via a unique log in and password, this means you can always access all backdated invoices and expenses..
